While developing a new educational product for their American partners, the Minsk-based company Effective Programs came up against a rather widely-occurring problem: the language component of the new computer program fell short of the expectations of the English-speaking client. In the course of one week Business Support Bureau Runa was able to 'polish' hundreds of pages of text of a technical translation and bring the contents of the program to a level satisfactory to the foreign customer.
