April 29, 2008 Segezha Packaging (Investlesprom Group of Companies) put into operation the first stage of the plant for paper container production in Saransk (the Republic of Mordovia). Capacity of two previously launched automatic lines reaches 200-250 paper bags per minute.

Within the next stage one more advanced line for bag production is to be launched. It will provide additional 300 workplaces. Project capacity makes up 400 mln of paper bags per year with annual turnover reaching 3.2 bln rubles.

Total investment volume will amount to 750 mln rubles.
