The Ministry for Industry and Energy of the region (Zabaikalye area) approved investment project on pulp and paper mill construction worth over 660 million EUR.

The mill is to produce unbleached pulp with capacity making up 200 thousand tons at the first stage of the mill. However, project capacity amounts to 400 thousand of unbleached pulp per year.
