LLC TsPK Polyarnaya is to invest over 665 million EUR in construction of a pulp integrated industrial mill in the Zabaikalye area. The project was already approved by the regional Ministry of Industry and Energy. The mill is to be constructed in the Mogocha district.

The mill will produce unbleached pulp with capacity making up 200 thousand tons within the first stage. The project capacity amounts to 400 thousand tons per year.
